According to the Associated Press, vehicle crashes involving animals is double what it was 15 years ago. The majority of these crashes happen in the fall and most of them are cars hitting deer. Please keep a vigilant eye out for our four-legged friends out there. They are coming further down into populated areas as the weather gets colder and food gets more scarce for them. The hardest time to see them is at dusk and after dark.

Be safe out there!
